Mozzarella cheese as needed. Egg yolk Butter mixture: 2 tbsp softened butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, to taste. Makes 8 buns Baking temp: 180°C (350°F) Baking time: 25 minutes, oven may vary.
