@MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO MASSIVE UNDERPERFORMANCE IN WARZONE! RTX 3080 + 3900X 1080P HIGH GAMEPLAY

This has been a huge issue for me and others I have spoken with playing on warzone and even Fortnite on 1080p high settings. If you are also having this problem or have any suggestions for how to fix it please comment. I have tried: ddu wipe + driver reinstall, windows reinstall, GPU + CPU overclock, enabling XMP profile for ram, changing power settings, setting NVIDIA control panel to high performance and power usage...
