Noel Hand Grenade's video: Problem with using complaints to measure harassment discrimination

Just a quickie really. The BBC reports that complaints for harassment/discrimination are a little bit higher amongst minority ethnic groups in the UK armed forces. However, the report seems to take no account as to how employers nowadays, typically at least, appear to be more interested in dealing with complaints from some groups than they do others. in other words: 1) We think group X is getting more harassment 2) If you are in group X and you think you have been harassed please let us know 3) We are seeing more returns/complaints per capita from group X so we were right to be worried Anyway, at the end of this video (unpledged for patrons) there is some information about my next two pledged videos on my main channel.
