Now. . . for the next few minutes, we're going to do a gentle breathing technique called "4-7-9 breathing". This method has been described as a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system. It can help, ready, and relax our body for sleep. . . We're going to breathe in for a count of four. . . Hold the breath for a count of seven. . . and breathe out for a count of nine. . .
