Ada org kata nie bunga tahi ayam...sbb bau bunga nie yg cukup menyengat...cukup kuat baunya...bunga nie baunya agak busuk...katanya boleh halau nyamuk... Cara nk tanam pokok jenis nie...mudah je👍.. pokok nie amat perlukan kawasan yg panas/cahaya matahari yg penuh,rajin siram tp air jgn sampai bertakung... pokok nie hidup tak lama cume bertahan setakat 3-4 bulan je..cara nk tanam semula....tunggu/biar bijinya kering baru boleh petik dan taburkan biji di tempat/pasu yg nak ditanam...nanti akan kuar batang daunnya....ataupun akan bercambah tunas daunnya.. Nama Marigold nie diambil dari nama Mary's Gold @ Emas Mary.
