ブッシュドノエルを無理やり妖怪ウォッチに持っていきました(笑) プラチョコが厚かったためスポンジとの相性が悪く食感はいまいちだったのが残念( _ _ )..... 厚いと表面はキレイに仕上がりますが、 薄いと表面はボコボコと、仕上がり感がイマイチなので、このへんのバランスが難しいです。 でも子供はそんなの関係ないので( ̄m ̄ I made myself to create a Yo-Kai Watch bûche de Noël :) The plastic chocolate was thick, so I'm disappointed that it didn't go quite well with the sponge cake and the texture was no so great... When the plastic chocolate is thick, it will create a beautiful surface, but when it is thin, the surface will be lumpy with a not-so-great finish, so this balance is difficult. But, it does really matter to the children ( ̄m ̄ レシピ: 材料 【スポンジケーキ(2個)】 卵(6個) 砂糖(160g) 薄力粉(160) サラダ油(60cc) 生クリーム 砂糖 ココアパウダー 1.オーブンを160℃に予熱。 2.砂糖と卵をもったりとするまで混ぜる。 3.薄力粉を振るい入れてさっくり混ぜ、サラダ油を入れてさっくり混ぜる。 4.オーブンで45分焼く。 【プラチョコ】 チョコレート(270g) 水飴(100g) 砂糖(30g) 水(30g) 1.砂糖と同量の水を火にかけてシロップを作る。 2.水飴100gとシロップ40gを混ぜる。 3.湯煎で溶かしておいたチョコと混ぜ合わせる。 ※プラチョコはシロップや溶かしたチョコの温度を30℃位まで冷ましてから混ぜる。 ※プラチョコは冷蔵庫に入れながら低温で作業する。 ※生クリームを固く仕上げると切り株が作りやすい。 Recipe: Ingredients [Sponge cake (two cakes)] Egg (6) Sugar (160g) Flower (160) Cooking oil (60cc) Whipping cream Sugar Cocoa powder 1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320F). 2. Mix sugar and eggs together until they get thick and fluffy. 3. Sift flower into the egg mixture and mix until barely-combined. Add cooking oil and lightly stir. 4. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. [Plastic chocolate] Chocolate (270g) Thick malt syrup (100g) Sugar (30g) Water (30g) 1. Heat sugar and the same quantity of water together and make syrup. 2. Mix thick malt syrup (100g) and the syrup that you made (40g) together. 3. Dissolve chocolate by putting the bowl in hot water. Add the syrup mixture into the dissolved chocolate. * When making plastic chocolate, be sure to cool the syrup and chocolate to around 30 degrees Celsius (86F) before you mix them. * When handling plastic chocolate, make sure that the chocolate is kept at low temperature by resting the chocolate in the refrigerator as needed. * Whip cream until it forms a stiff peak. This will make it easier for you to cut the cake.
