今年のバレンタインは王道のチョコイチゴと冬に余りがちな(我が家では)ミカンをクレープ茶巾に。 大きめだったせいか包み紙のように開いて食べるという・笑 小さく何個も作った方がよかったと後悔( ̄∇ ̄; This Valentine's Day we made our family's favorite chocolate strawberry and the common winter mandarin orange into a crepe chakin (crepe pouch). It turned out a little big, so the kids decided to open it up and then eat it. I should have made several smaller ones ( ̄∇ ̄; レシピ: 材料 【クレープ生地(約5枚)】 卵(2個) 砂糖(20g) バター(20g) 薄力粉(100g) 牛乳(200g) 生クリーム 砂糖 ココアパウダー チョコレート(30g) 1.卵・砂糖・小麦粉を混ぜる。 2.1に溶かしたバターと牛乳を入れてよく混ぜる。 3.2にラップをかけて室温で30分程休ませる。 4.薄く油をひいたフライパンで薄く焼く。 5.冷ました皮の真ん中に生クリームとフルーツを乗せる。 6.包み込んで紐で縛ったら冷蔵庫で休ませて完成。 ※チョコレート生地は2のボウルに溶かしたチョコレートを混ぜる。 ※チョコレート生クリームはココアを使用。 ※絞り口は冷蔵庫で休ませると跡形が付くので紐を外しても茶巾の形は崩れない。 Ingredients [Crepe Batter (makes 5)] 2 eggs 20g sugar 20g butter 100g cake flour 200g milk whipped cream sugar cocoa powder 30g chocolate 1. Mix the egg, sugar and flour 2. Add melted butter and milk, and mix well 3. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes 4. Cook lightly in oiled pan 5. Let the crepe cool and then add whipped cream and fruit in the middle 6. Wrap up around the center, tie together and let sit in the refrigerator
