皮をあまり食べませんでした...厚いからかな（皮は昔からあまり食べない(･_･苺クリームは苺パウダーや苺エッセンスを使用する作り方も良いですね。中に並べる苺は、小さめで形の整った苺を使用した方が食べやすい（巻きやすい）です。 The strawberry cream thinks that how to make using strawberry powder and the strawberry extract is good. About the strawberry to display inside, it using a smallish strawberry thinks that easy-to-eat. 材料（約2個分）・クレープ卵(1個) 小麦粉(100g) ハチミツ(20g) 牛乳(200ml) 苺(1パック) ・デコレーション生クリーム(200ml) 苺(クレープ用の残り) ・作り方の流れ 1.小麦粉と砂糖を泡立てないように注意しながら混ぜる。 2.牛乳の半分を加えて混ぜる。 3.卵を混ぜる。 4.残りの牛乳を加えて混ぜる。 5.少しフライパンを熱して、油を塗る。 6.生地を薄く焼く。 7.イチゴを潰す。 8.生クリームを泡立てて、潰したイチゴを加える。 9.砂糖で甘さを調整する。 10.クレープ生地にイチゴクリームを塗る。 11.もう一枚クレープ生地を乗せて、またイチゴクリームを塗る。 12.イチゴを並べて、巻く。 13.冷蔵庫で少し冷やすと、完成。 Ingredients(About 2 Strawberry roll crepe) ・crepe 1 egg 100g flour 20g honey 200ml milk 1pack strawberry ・The decorations 200ml Fresh cream Remaining strawberries 1.Mix it while being careful not to beat wheat flour and sugar. 2.Add half of the milk and mix it. 3.Add an egg and mix it. 4.Add remaining milk and mix it. 5.Heat some frying pans and paint with oil. 6.Bake dough thinly. 7.Mash a strawberry. 8.Beat up a fresh cream and add the strawberry which mashed. 9.Regulate sweetness with sugar. 10.Paint crepe cloth with strawberry cream. 11.Ride one piece of another crepe and paint with strawberry cream again. 12.Surround it if display strawberries. 13.It is completed when cool it with a refrigerator a little.
