OIAC Organization of Iranian American Communities's video: Photo Exhibit on US Capitol Grounds: Four Decades of Human Rights Violations in Iran Sept 4 1pm

WASHINGTON, DC, Sep 3 - On September 4, 2020, a large photo exhibition, in the US Capitol Grounds, will be held to highlight the four decades of systemic violations of human rights in Iran, particularly the 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners, the November 2019 murder of 1,500 protesters, and the assassination of dozens of political dissidents abroad. Thousands of photos and graphics will bring the stories of these atrocities and their victims to life. DC-area families of the victims of these blatant crimes will be present next to the display of their loved ones to tell their stories. Remarks will be given by survivors of the atrocities, as well as members of U.S. Congress and political dignitaries. Those confirmed to address the event include:
