A very rare piece of comms gear to add to my collection the Lowe headset system is mainly issued to police and special forces in the UK. My model is for use with the Sepura model of radios as evident by the connector, the actual respirator microphone is a 1:1 of the older UK clansman Z42 microphones and since getting it working I can say it has a very high audio quality but will need further testing with the FM12 to concrete that as a fact. The microphone itself can be used with any dual port masks that have a blanking plug that has a ridge to accept clansman style microphones and is very easy to attach. edit: the item is designated the LTH 450 CBRN Headset
