O deputado federal Daniel Silveira (PSL-RJ) voltou a aparecer em vídeo durante sessão de defesa de julgamento de sua situação por parte da Câmara dos Deputados. O parlamentar, que tornou notícia nacional ao ser preso por ordem do ministro do STF Alexandre de Morais, pediu desculpas ao Tribunal e seus ministros. Visivelmente abatido ele tentou reverter a situação de sua punição. Não teve jeito, o parlamentar, outrora muito combativo, mesmo em momento de humildade, não foi ouvido pelos seus pares deputados federais e continuará preso por ter sido acusado de ofender os ministros do STF.
