The hundreds of miles of single track crisscrossing Northwest Arkansas is some of the best in the world, but it wouldn’t be half of what it is today without the people who ride it, maintain it and advocate for it, creating a place where Lindsay Custer, Nate Fields and countless others have connected as friends, teammates, colleagues and partners. Lindsay bought her first mountain bike ten years ago in 2010. That same year, Nate started working at a bike shop in downtown Bentonville. Their love of bikes is what led to a love of each other and helped build the foundations of a community that years later would surround them as they exchanged vows at the Lake Leatherwood bike park.
