Vamos a atrevernos hoy con la pantxineta, un postre típico de la cocina vasca. Se trata de una tarta de hojaldre rellena de crema pastelera. Crema que hoy además hemos mezclado con frutos secos. Receta de esas que gustan: Fáciles, ricas y para todos los bolsillos. INGREDIENTES: -2 láminas de hojaldre -5 yemas -Rayadura de 1 naranja -Rayadura de 1 limón -1/2 litro de leche -100 gr azúcar -Azúcar glas -100 gr almendra laminada -100 gr de avellana picada -40 gr de Maizena u otra fécula de maíz -1 huevo entero -
