Es verano y hace calor en el hemisferio norte y España está sufriendo estos días una ola de calor. Apetece algo fresquito. Que tal un salmorejo? Sencillo, refrescante y muy rico. Prepáralo antes de irte a la playa y tómalo fresquito a la vuelta :) INGREDIENTES: -1'5 gr tomates maduros pelados -4 gr sal (1/2 cucharadita de poste) -3 dientes de ajo -1 chorrito de vinagre -1 chorrito aceite de oliva virgen -Pan asentado (no del día) -1 cucharada de mayones (opcional) PARA ACOMPAÑAR Yo usé: -Manzana tipo Royal gala -Huevo cocido (duro) -Jamón picado
