You will receive notifications for new booking requests and any changes to your existing bookings and schedules via The App, Email, SMS or on your Dashboard You can view your updates and notifications from inside the App By clicking on the “Notifications” tab at the bottom of the page Click on the notification itself to go to that related page And now click on the menu icon at the top right of the page to mark all notifications as “Read” Email As soon as the office assigns a booking to you, you will receive a booking request email with all of the booking details. Be aware that you must use the app to accept or decline the request if required. Notifications If you are logged into your app, have notifications activated, and your office staff has assigned a job to you, you will receive a notification message for all changes to your schedule including, new booking requests, updates to payment info and photos added, discussions and more. The notification will include a link which will give you more information on the job you have been assigned, allowing you to accept or decline the job. SMS If your company has activated SMS, you will also receive SMS notifications on your phone. Dashboard When you receive a new booking request, notifications appear in several areas including your dashboard above “New Requests”, on the left-hand menu below “Bookings”, and also in the bottom right notifications area.
