Scottish Youth Parliament's video: The Brexit Event: Diary Room

On Friday 13th April 2018, the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) delivered The Brexit Event - a joint event, funded by EHRC, to give young people (aged 14-25) from across Scotland the opportunity to explore the impact of Brexit on young people’s rights. This event addressed three themes: * What is the current situation in relation to children and young people’s rights? * What do young people want children and young people’s rights in Scotland to look like post-Brexit? * What needs to happen to make sure children and young people’s rights reflect what young people want to see in Scotland? At this event, participants were invited to share their thoughts on a range of issues relating to Brexit and young people’s rights in the Brexit Event Diary Room. This video shows a range of young people talking about the aspects of Brexit they are worried and excited about.
