Oglio's video: Terra Beata by The Fellowship

@Terra Beata by The Fellowship
Terra Beata from the album "In Elven Lands (second edition)" by The Fellowship, available now from the Apple iTunes Store and Amazon.com. Terra Beata is an old English melody made famous when Franklin L. Sheppard used it for a setting of Maltbie D. Babcock's poem This Is My Father's World, in a Presbyterian hymnal in 1915. The hymn contains the lyrics "...all nature sings and 'round me rings the Music of the Spheres." This line recalls to mind the Ainulindalë, Tolkien's tale of creation. How it came to be associated with Hobbits is unknown, yet many people cannot hear the melody without imagining idyllic scenes of The Shire. For more information visit inelvenlands.com. This track is only available on the Second Edition of the album from Oglio Records.
