Dressed to Kill from 1941 was the 3rd of 7 films in the Michael Shayne private investigator series starring Lloyd Nolan. So far this series has been a blast, and Lloyd Nolan is just perfect as the wise-cracking goofy detective on the case. The film also features Mary Beth Hughes, Sheila Ryan and William Demarest.
