The workout only lasted a few hours but Karl Gotch's methods (and Karl himself) still influences my training to this day. In the days when Karl was one of the most feared wrestlers on the planet, Karl wore a t-shirt to the ring up with his name and a graphic of "The Lion of Flanders" (since he was born in Belgium). As a tribute to Karl Gotch's legacy, we have reproduced this shirt faithfully. And not only that, as an added touch of authenticity, the logo is a tracing of Karl Gotch's personal Lion of Flanders necklace -- how cool is that?
