@MY BIGGEST FRONTFLIP EVER! (Gone Wrong)

Omar Zaki decides to do his biggest frontflip ever at the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles, CA and it goes a little bit wrong. This was a massive frontflip that I'd seen a few other athletes do and felt confident that I would be able to do this frontflip safely as well but I over-rotated slightly and ended up slamming my shoulder into the ground and damaging it pretty badly. I wasn't able to move/lift my arm freely for a few weeks because I managed to land on the same shoulder where I had an AC Separation several years ago and may have made it a little bit worse. My recovery is going pretty well and I've started weightlifting and boxing again so I think I'm in the clear now! Going to keep rehabbing it to make sure it doesn't get any worse but I'm super excited to be back! Anyway, thanks for checking it out! Till next time!
