I have been wanting to do this challenge for a long time now because Chinese Martial Arts have always fascinated me and I really wanted to see how much I could learn in 30 days. Kung Fu is so beautiful and complex, that's why I really wanted to dedicate myself to it for a month to try to learn some of the basic movements from that Martial Art to help build up my coordination and skill set by learning something new.
