On My Bike's video: HIMALAYAN 650 TWIN ENGINE In the Making Price and Launch date

@HIMALAYAN 650, TWIN ENGINE | In the Making | Price and Launch date
Royal Enfield Himalayan 650, a dream motorcycle for those who love tackling odd terrains at all times. Royal Enfield boss Siddhartha Lal recently revealed that a bigger engined Himalayan is indeed on the way. The bigger engine Himalayan is expected to use Royal Enfield’s newly unveiled 650cc parallel twin engine. Since the 650cc engine is much heavier than the 411cc unit of the current Himalayan, expect the bigger engined bike to weigh more than 200 kilos. Himalayan buyers will be willing to make as the new engine brings a lot more power and torque. Where the 411cc engine produces 24.5 Bhp and 32 Nm, the new 650cc parallel twin engine makes 47 PS and 52 Nm. The new engine also has a 6 speed manual gearbox and slipper clutch. The officials said that will price 650cc bikes like the Interceptor and Continental GT650 affordably. Considering the pricing of the 650 Twins, we can expect the Himalayan 650 to retail at around INR 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The tyre size on the present Himalayan is perfect for the job while ground clearance and suspension travel will change for sure with the new frame. Unlike what is being widely reported, Royal Enfield does not plan to launch the Himalayan 650 in India this year. In fact, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 twin will see the light of the day sometime in mid- or late-2020. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 could also benefit from a switchable dual-channel ABS as standard along with an endure mode. Music: Track: Unknown Brain - Waiting (feat.
