If your a foodie and love seafood, sushi and more, then Bluefins Sushi and Bar is definitely a place you want to check out. Everything was spectacular in terms of the food we tried and the restaurant itself is hip with a cool and casual upscale vibe. Everything was super fresh and tasty, the service was tremendous and the two front Host's at the door were super inviting and accommodating. I've eaten there many times after this review and went off the sushi menu to try the Korean Ribs which were again, another awesome selection. If you like ribs, give these a try! I always say that there are no such things as 10's in the rating category, BUT Bluefins had me thinking differently. A great addition to what I feel used to be a lack luster lineup of Restaurants in Falmouth center. The past few years the area has seen an increase in some awesome restaurants/bars, Now if they could only find a way to stay open past 11pm... Anyway, give Bluefins Sushi & Bar a chance and you'll be happy you did.
