This Regimen believes in the reversal of chronic diseases with making the right preferences in daily diet & lifestyle. It is against the excessive reliance on allopathic conventional medicines & it is also against the current fad diets like the Cabbage soup and similar diets. It advocates the importance of every individual to have a basic understanding of the numbers in the typical laboratory blood tests. This Regimen stands for Peace of mind, Peace of soul & Peace on the dinner table where all the good things blessed by nature, are set to celebrate a healthy & happy life.
