The purpose of the Women’s Rights Conference is to analyze the following topics, looking at the problem of women’s rights in today’s world. Nowadays, the term ‘women’s rights’ is often used as a slogan in an ideological debate. There is a need to establish the use of this term in a non-ideological way, so as to discuss the real threats to women’s rights, which they face on day-to-day basis in various aspects of life, as well as to propose effective solutions to strengthen these rights. We believe, that what is often said to be the case of women’s discrimination, does not always meet the real struggle women deal with, when pursuing their needs and desires. Moreover, the solutions proposed by today’s society, cannot effectively rectify the situation, as long as they are based on ideological grounds, whose only purpose is to destroy family bonds. http://defendingwomensrights.org/
