Orillia Youth Centre's video: Valis Sound Studio - Orillia Youth Centre

The Valis Sound Studio was unveiled on September 6th, 2020 as a place for youth in our community to find their voice, learn skills, and exercise their creativity in memory of Nelson Bell. This would not have been possible without Steve Orr, Lance Anderson, and the entire team at Eclectic Cafe by Melanie Robinson Catering along with those in our community who supported the project. The Orillia Youth Centre is eternally grateful to Christ Lusty, Xavier Fernandes, and David Shaw of the Northern Joinery for creating this incredibly beautiful desk that will be used by youth for years to come as they are encouraged and supported to explore their creative interests. Thank you to Carla Bell and family for entrusting us to share Nelson's legacy, and the same can be said for the entire Beers family. We cannot wait to share this with the youth in our community.
