Oris's video: Oris introduces the H lstein Edition 2023

Today, 1 June, is our birthday. It’s exactly 119 years since Oris was founded, here in the beautiful village of Hölstein in the Swiss Jura mountains. This place has given us our independent spirit. And we love it. It’s also given us mechanical watchmaking and the Joy of Mechanics. And so every year, we celebrate our village and our story with the Hölstein Edition, a special limited-edition watch inspired by Oris and made for people who love mechanical watches. Time then, to meet the Hölstein Edition 2023, a 250-piece limited-edition based on our evergreen Aquis diver’s watch. It has three unique twists. First is its rich purple dial, chosen in response to the Oris community. We’ve never made a watch with a purple dial before. Also unique is that this Aquis has no date, in response to another request from Oris fans around the world. And the third is the Oris Bear in his diving gear on the purple case back.
