WHAT I ATE ON MY BIRTHDAY ? (EN subs available !) Here are all the yummy recipes we did for my birthday ! We cooked homemade sushis, an AMAZING Kinder bueno Cheesecake, homemade Enchiladas & guacamole. You can do all these recipes, they are delicious !! Homemade Sushis : - Sushi rice - Sushi vinegar - Fish ( Salmon / Tuna ) - Soy sauce - Rince you rice before cooking it - Add a little bit of rice vinegar - Slice up your fish into thin pieces - Let the cooked rice cool down - Form little oval shapes with the rice - Cover these with a tiny bit of wasabi - And add your fish slices - You're DONE !! Kinder Bueno Cheesecake : - 6 kinder bueno - 14 hazelnut wafers - 30 gr coconut oil - 300 gr cream cheese - 100 gr low fat curd cheese - 6 cl low fat single cream - 5 egg whites - 4 egg yolks - 20 gr corn starch - 5 tablespoons of sucralose - Pre-heat your hoven at 160°C - Mix 4 Kinder bueno with the wafers - Add the coconut oil, and mix again - Place the mixture in your loose-bottomed cake tin, you have to flat it. - Place your tin in the freezer while you're preparing the rest of the recipe - Place 4 egg yolks in a mixing bowl, and add all the other ingredients, cream cheese, curd cheese, single cream, sucralose, corn starch and mix the whole mixture with an electric whip. - Add 2 kinder bueno in this mixture, just some big chunks - Then whip up your 5 egg whites - And gently add them to your mixture - Take out your tin from the freezer - And add the mixture above it - Place your tin in the oven for 35 min - Let it cool down and leave it in the fridge for a few hours before eating it ! - TA-DA ! YOU'RE DONE ! Homemade Enchiladas : - 5% low fat minced meat - Tomatoe salsa - Wholewheat tortillas - Low fat sour cream - Grated cheese - Pre-heat your hoven at 200°C, on grill position - Cook your minced meat - Then add the salsa - Garnish your tortillas with the meat - Roll them into wraps - Align them in a baking dish - Cover them with sour cream and grated cheese - Let it grill in the hoven for 5-10 minutes Homemade Guacamole : - Avocado - Lemon - Salt - Mash your avocado - Add salt and lemon juice - You're DONE !! ►► BE PART OF THE JOURNEY, SUBSCRIBE HERE : http://goo.gl/TMxeoO ◄◄ * LAST VIDEO (Back & biceps workout): https://youtu.be/KWSHOMv30ys *WHO ARE WE ?
