I go overboard in GTA5 with Los Angeles based mods that completely change the game inside out. I talk you through what I've added and test some of the mods out first hand. This includes Los Angeles Police Cars, Sirens, Traffic Lights, Road Tex, ENB, Sounds and the list goes on.
