We took a short weekend trip to Hanging Rock State Park to shake down our packing and our new tent and vehicle; our 2006 Jeep Commander XK. We hike to the upper cascade falls and Hanging Rock mountain. We were close enough to home for us to take Michael to work Saturday. Hanging Rock is certainly a beautiful park full of moderate to strenuous hikes (as we found out the hard way) but we will return soon to conquer those hikes. Want to show your support for us?
