PJ May's Days's video: 4 Lessons From My 20s - So Far

So after making it to the halfway point of 2022 I decided to review the past 6 months and that turned into me reviewing the past 4 years. Join me as I reminisce on the first half(ish) of my 20s and run through the 4 biggest lessons I have learned. 1: Use a Journal. Journaling has been one of the most useful habits I have integrated into my life. 2: Reflect on the Positives. I am someone who has a tendency to focus on and get hung up on the negatives. This led me to a pretty dark place at one point in my life. The way I got out of that place was by taking time to reflect on the good things, to look at the things. 3: You Create Your Own Luck Don't just sit around and wait for good things to happen. Action leads to opportunity. 4: Don't Be Afraid To Let People Go. It's okay to let certain relationships end. Don't waste energy by holding onto and maintaining relationships that are holding you back.
