Apparently, according to officer David Laird (badge ), making sounds with your vocal chords is somehow evidence that you are trespassing, and gives him the legal authority to rip the phone out of your hand and throw it on the ground before grabbing your wrists and slapping handcuffs on you. And if you attempt to continue the lawful activity you were engaged in before he assaults and abducts you, then that apparently gives him the right to violently rip you away from your property and drag you 10 to 12 feet to be illegally searched and ordered to provide ID or else be locked in a cage.
