We will use this layer as a base for making a glittery Photoshop gold effect that we will build up into the digital makeup effect. We will hide parts of the glitter sparkle overlay layer using a layer mask and the free brushes from the glitter Photoshop brush pack. Then, I will show how to make gold glitter in Photoshop that we will apply around the eyes of the model to create the glamour portrait. We will enhance the glitter effect using a couple of layer styles. To create the sparkle effect, simply use another Photoshop brush from the glitter brush pack and apply it in a different layer with the glow layer styles as shown in the video. In this glitter makeup tutorial I will show you how to apply the digital makeup both around the eyes and on the lips using two different Photoshop patterns from the pack. So, you will also learn how to add lipstick in Photoshop. Just replace the gold glitter pattern with the red glitter pattern. As final touches we will use a cool technique: the Apply Image Photoshop trick. This will create a layer mask from the image highlights and shadows and apply it to our glitter effect. The result will be a very realistic digital makeup perfectly blended with our photo. Simply use a Levels adjustment layer to adjust the intensity of our digital makeup glitter effect.
