Pachyderm Pictures's video: Zoo Vlog 9 Close Encounters of the Large Kind - Giraffe Observation Elephants Close Up

In this zoo vlog, it's another rather chilly day. Most of the inhabitants of the zoo are quite literally very chilled out and relaxed, except for a kooky Colobus Monkey that is always bounding around the palm fronds. At the Giraffe Overlook, I get some great footage of the Giraffe heard being themselves as they browse through the tree branches, while looking very pretty in the sunlight of high noon. Afterwords at the Elephant habitat, I get an up close and personal encounter with Thandi as she grazes in the grass only a few meters from me. Sheena then comes over to assert her dominance as low frequency rumbles can be heard from the both of them. Thandi promptly moves out of the way for her. Another great day at the zoo!
