Pacific Northwest Transport Hub's video: EVEN MORE TEHACHAPI PASS TRAINS HIGHLIGHTS FROM 36 HOURS ON THE PASS

[Watch in HD!] For a celebration of my 18th birthday, me and the gang hit up Tehachapi for a 36 hour grind of straight up railfanning. We endured no sleep, cold weather, and traversed over 400 miles going between locations. Finally, my absence from youtube will be over. I plan to upload much more commonly and have several more videos in the works to be uploaded this week. Computer and camera issues put me in a bind and left me (and you guys) without any videos for quite some time. I can assure you that is over! Enjoy this video in HD and be on the lookout for all new vids! [Train One:] UP 5454 North with the northbound MWCRV passes the Bena corals in Bena, CA only a few miles away from Bakersfield, CA. [Train Two:] BNSF 696 South, a very nice looking Santa Fe warbonnet with a GREAT K3LA, leads a southbound Z Train uphill out of Caliente, CA into Tunnel two. This was my first time at this location and was by far my favorite. [Train Three:] BNSF 7578 starts slowing for a stop at north Woodford due to rail-grinding ahead. Unlike other trains that day, this one only had to sit for about 30 minutes. [Train Four:] UP 5214 north, right behind the 7578, rounds the corner into Woodford at restricted speed. [Train Five:] UP 5214 north again, this time at South end of Rowen, once again running slow on approaches. Normally, it would be almost impossible to catch a train at Woodford and then again at Rowen but due to the fact that he was on approaches, it was made easy. [Train Six:] UP 5419 leads the northbound ZLCLT thru Downtown Tehachapi, CA. In the background, you can hear BNSF 696 South blowing for the crossings in town. Due to the rail-grinding, it took 696 almost 8 hours to make it thru the pass. The shot of it at Tunnel two was the last time it was moving. It was held at Bealville for 5 hours.
