Muninagara Dam or Lake near Kanakpura is a hot spot for cyclists from Bangalore. Located in the Muninagara village we took the Somanahalli route to reach here. We spent some time on the bridges of the dam and the backwaters. This is a great offbeat place to visit near Bangalore which is just 40kms from Bangalore. You can carry some home cooked food juss like we did and it will be a great spot for a picnic near Bangalore.
