And...peak week is here! Like last year, I'm going to try to film every day of my peak week including my bikini competition. It's not only a way for me to share my peak week diet, how I meal prep, and all of the crazy things that happen during bikini prep, but it's also a fun record for me to look back on. Hopefully you guys find these interesting! All of my foods are still gluten free, dairy free and soy free.
