Papa hiker's video: Double pole Hexamid roomy strong 2 OR even 3 person shelter

@Double pole Hexamid! roomy, strong, 2 OR even 3 person shelter
Finally, much requested! The tarp is here: https://amzn.to/36MrBh4 And the bug tent is here: https://amzn.to/3izhAZY The double pole strong hexamid is a way to pitch a large rectangular tarp as a fully enclosed shelter. The DD XL tarp that I use for this is 15*10 feet or 4.5 by 3 meter. This makes a very large shelter. The long shape makes it especially good for two persons that like a big awning or just have a big lot of gear, two large dogs or toddlers in a "kid kot". This video shows it put up with two trekking poles. The optional awning asks for a third pole. This could be a stick. Setting it up with the permanent open side requires the same two poles, but the bonus side-pitch needs two extra sticks. Alternatively, as you can see in my video with 24 pitches, this can be set up really well with the hang loops suspended from the outside. In this video: -what a great shelter -how to put it up -entry and exit -what to put under it to make it a complete tarp shelter setup -optional awning -alternative pitch with one side open -alternative pitch with side opening. Please note that I make a small commission if you buy through the links. The music is Early Avril by Unicorn heads.
