Step 1️⃣ Take Time: Schedule 15-minute chunks throughout the week for each muscle. Don't cram it all in one session. Step 2️⃣ Image and Name: Use clear images, like our L2/3 Flashcards, with printed muscle names. Close your eyes and visualize the image and name together. Step 3️⃣ Your Own Words: Describe the muscle's location, origins, and insertions in your own words. Then cross-check with official terminology. 🗣️ Example: "Rectus Femoris is a quadricep in the front of the leg. It originates on the front of the pelvis and inserts below the knee."
