A rough demo of my favourite auto-character rigger for Lightwave 3D, Rhiggit pro. Also showing how animating the shoulder girdle (clavicle) with arm is necessary for believable motion with minimum geometry distortion. Also a quick look at Manuel Bastioni's Lab add-on for Blender. I have uploaded the scene but I am not sure if it can be used without the rhiggit plugin.
