Park 3D's video: Lightwave 3D Cyclist and Sliders

Using Lightwave 3D I have made a scene that has three sequential poses for a hand. These are then linked to the Cyclist Modifier giving use of these poses at any time in the scene. The controllers that are linked to the cyclist are then linked to a slider giving easy access to them. Useful for animating sequential poses that may be frequently used through the scene.
