GOOD GAME is proud to announce the first annual Joe Haden Youth Football Camp. Good Game camps features 5 days of non-contact football instruction, competition and fun. Spots are limited sign up today! Dates: Monday, July 14 - Friday, July 18 Location: South Euclid/Lyndhurst (Brush High School) Times: 9:00am - 12:00pm Ages: 6-14 Coaches: In addition to our Pro Host Joe Haden, the camp is professionally staffed by college and high school coaches to offer the highest quality instruction. Player Grouping: Campers are grouped by age and ability. This allows coaches to tailor instruction to the aptitude of each camper. All camps feature a 10:1 student to instructor ratio. As camp progresses and players gain more repetitions coaches will deliver more advanced training. Instruction: Through station-based training our comprehensive skill instruction covers all the football playing positions, proper fundamentals and techniques. Camp will also feature speed and agility training. Curriculum highlights both individual and teamwork principles. Camp is broken into two halves: Half 1: Focuses on fundamental instruction for specific offensive and defensive positions. Half 2: Features games and challenges to help reinforce elements used during instruction. Sample Schedule: 8:45am: Arrival 9:00am - 9:15am: Stretching and Warm Up 9:15am - 9:45am: Speed and Agility Training 9:45am - 11:00am: Fundamental Instruction and Skill Stations 11:00am - 11:50am: Scrimmages, Games and Skill Challenges 11:50am - 12:00pm: Summary and Reinforcements Games and Challenges include: -7 on 7 Flag Football Games -Razzle Dazzle/Flicker Football/Ultimate Football -Punt, Pass and Kick Competitions -Combine Testing (40 yard dash, Shuttle Drill and Cone Drills) -Helmet Toss Additional Information: -All campers receive 1 free camp t-shirt -Autograph sessions with Celebrity Host -All campers receive a participation certificate -Competition winners receive additional prizes or certificates -All camps feature a certified athletic trainer -Water will be present at all camp during all activities -Parents are welcome to attend all portions of the camp day Note: Monday morning check-in opens 45 minutes prior to the official start of camp. Each remaining day, simply arrive by the camp start time. Bring a refillable water bottle, sun screen and towel. A mouth guard is optional but recommended. Wear athletic shorts and athletic shoes. You may wear cleats but always bring gym shoes in case of rain. You will be issued your camp t-shirt upon check-in.
