Parkes Shire councillors inspected the final concrete pour for the new recycled water reservoir on Thursday 28 March 2019. The reservoir is being constructed as part of the Recycled Water Rising Main (RWRM) project, which also includes the construction of three pump stations and a 12km purple pipeline.
