The diverse business and investment opportunities available in the Parkes Shire region were showcased during a trade mission to the Central West. Parkes welcomed twelve international Consul Generals and government officials - representing Austria, Canada, China, China, Czech Republic, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia. The visit also coincided with an announcement by Deputy Premier and Minister for Regional NSW John Barilaro of a new Investment Attraction Package for regional NSW.
