@Parkour Training Part 1
Song: Stop (blue mix) by ghost_k READ HERE OR YOU WONT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS VIDEO Three things.... 1. Stretch!! Very Important 2. No pain no gain...its an old saying, but if you feel it, its gooood 3. Train Safe :) This is the 1st of 3 training videos for begginers. It deals with simple things you can do at home, i do these and a few others before i go bed. I left out of the video how many of each thing to do, coz i can write it here There are 2 ways to work out how many of something to do 1. The Max Method Do the training move for 1 minute and at the end count up how many you do, divide by 10 and times by 8 and then do that amount 3 times with a minute break in between 2. The Number method This is the way i do it, i like round numbers, so i start with something like 20 pressups and do it, if its easy next week i make it harder, if its not i wait till it is, this way is less presice, but i like it What I do 3 x 45 press-ups 3 x 50 V-sits 90 Handstand Ups 3 x 1 minute 30 seconds of plank (fooking hard!!) 2 x 40 Tricept Dips 2 x 35 Feet up pressups 2 x 50 back arches Also i swim 4km a week in the summer and i'm looking to start running 3 times a week + i sprint every sunday morning for 2 hours Theres also something else you need to remember - Progression - without your training is also doomed, if in week 1 you stuggle to do 10 press ups but do them and then in week 2 can do them easily...don;t then in week 3 do 10 again...go up, thats what training is
