Parmenides of YouTubes's video: The Gangsta Rap Narrative C Delores Tucker the Post Turtle Part 10 Full Rant

This is my full video response (rant) on the issue of C. Delores Tucker and her relation to the Gangsta Rap Controversy. This is in response to the "C. Delores Tucker was right" comments I keep seeing online and on social media. I specifically look at the work done on this by Jared Ball and @IMIXWHATILIKEBPM. But, that is only to look at a more formal position on the issue. I don't necessarily disagree with the point(s) Jared is making. My contention has more to do with how to frame and deal with the issue of corporations taking over hip-hop/rap music, etc.. As I've done in my previous videos, I feel individuals like Eazy-E and 2Pac are better examples to frame a more proper historical narrative around, specifically about lyrical content, revolutionary disposition in artists, the corporate takeover/attack against hip-hop, etc. In the video, I try to address issues around those topics in a way that I hope can be informative and helpful. I hope to bring at least some value regarding information, context, framing, politics, etc. Also, this is the full video. I made some edits to my live recordings, but not very much in terms of cutting the length. I might break this into parts to make it easier to watch. However, I don't care about producing content for anything but the information. I hate doing videos and stuff like this if you can't tell from watching. So, I posted it all - as not to hold content back for those who want all of the arguments, points, and information I could squeeze into the 2-3 hours I spent ranting on this subject.
