Archaeologists found canals 6 meters down the ancient city of Persepolis. They say that these canals were made in more than 2500 years ago. According to archaeologists, there's no worry if flood hits this place because canals will simply dry the place by taking the water far from this ancient relic. The anciet city of Persepolis is located in city of Shiraz, Iran. It was home and capital of Achaemenid dynasty. This city was set of fire and destroyed by the famous Greek emperor, Alexander the great.
