The Word of God appeared to Abram made him count the stars and promised him that many offspring. 10 years later still no children, so Abram slept with Hagar the maid and Ishmale was born. God appeared to Abram and changed his name to Abraham. God commanded that all males under the covenant be circumcised. God renamed Sarai to Sarah, telling him that Sarah would bear Abraham a son, and Abraham was to name him Isaac. God blessed Ishmael as well and promised to make him exceedingly numerous. But God would maintain the covenant with Isaac. That same day, Abraham circumcised himself, Ishmael, and every male in his household, as God had directed. And that is Lech Lechah in 60 seconds.
