Tone & Strengthen. In just 8 minutes. This "Hard As A Mother AM Blast" is going to focus on your legs and abs and includes a warm up and a cool down. It's the perfect way to get your morning started. In the warm-up section, you'll do High Knees (20 seconds), Butt Kicks (20 seconds), then Fire Hydrants (20 seconds each side). The main workout section involves Jumping Scissor Lunges (15 reps each side), Burpee Broad Jumps (10 reps), and Crab Toe Touches (5 reps each side). Repeat all three moves without resting between sets. Your Cool-down consists of Samson Lunges (20 seconds each side), Downward Dog (20 seconds), and the Child's Pose (20 seconds).
