This does not mean to fall for peer-pressure to inprove yourself now as much as you can with new skills but to keep a schedule to bring stability in your daily life. Loneliness: While practicing physical distancing we can feel lonely so you could look for new ways (video dinners, weekly calls, breakfast call with the family) to reestablish the connections towards your friends and family. Anxiety: Try to minimise your exposure to news and social media which only function as a constant reminder of the COVID-19 virus and at the same time look for information from trusted sources to stay informed about the general situation apart from the media coverage.
